I would like to thank Jodie, the memorial people (stonemasons etc,) and the people who installed my mum's gravestone for their hardwork and professionilism, very much appreciated.

The gravestone looks just like we wanted and will be a great comfort to our family.

Seems odd to say but the stone itself is like a skilled piece of art.

I was looking for a stonemason to purchase and install an headstone for my late mother. After researching several companies with no satisfaction, I found Mackay’s memorial headstone. From the initial contact, I was very impressed with Jodie. She was patient, professional, and answered all my questions. I explained to her that I needed the work done in a timely manner. Jodie promised and kept me updated through all the processes from contacting the council, obtaining the permit, advising on stone types, delivering and inscribing the stone. Everything was taken care of by Mackay’s memorial. The headstone has now been installed after many years. I want to say a big big thank you to Jodie. 5 stars are not enough for this company. The work and the finish is so beautiful and I am really happy with it!! I would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional, honest and straightforward. Absolutely delighted with the service from Mackay’s Memorial. From initial quote to completion of the work, Jodie and the team were first class. I received several quotes and they were very competitive. We were very impressed with the cleaning of the stone and the reguilting. The stone is now back to its former glory. As I do not stay locally, they even managed to complete the works ahead of schedule in order to fit in with my visit to Inverness. We would highly recommend Mackay’s Memorial for professionalism, quality and speed of service and price.

5 Stars are not enough! This company is extremely thorough and professional in every aspect from ordering your choice of memorial to the final installation. Jodie especially made the entire process simple. She took care of everything including all dealings with the City of Edinburgh Council. I can recommend them without hesitation. They repaired my sister's headstone and installed a headstone for my granny. It was a difficult and lengthy process throughout which Jodie kept my family up to date and reassured us that everything would be fine. Very compassionate. Wonderful customer service.
