What is a good scripture to put on a headstone?

People often choose a verse from the Bible to put on their loved ones gravestones / headstones because the Bible is the Word of God and an important source of spiritual guidance and comfort for Christians. We find solace in the words of a verse which is a source of strength and encouragement.
Choosing a verse from the Bible can also be a way to express one’s beliefs and values, and to share them with others. Some people may choose a verse that reflects how they lived their life, or that expresses their hope in The Lord. Others may choose a verse that was meaningful to them during a difficult time in their life, or that brings comfort to those who are left behind, or one that has a particular meaning to them or stirs fond memories of a loved one.
